TECHNOLOGY BRIEF
Our product provides the quality assessment for fresh produce. We use computer vision for quality evaluation of fruits and vegetables. We leverage Deep Learning , convoluted neural networks and Artificial Intelligence for reading the images and assessing final produce quality.
BENEFITS
Intello Track is the app based product for the quality assessment for fresh produce. It helps reduce value risk, wastage and risk in the agriculture supply chains and ensure the best quality reaches the consumers. Images of food items, whether they are taken from a smartphone or a camera, are processed by our cloud-based AI to generate almost-instantaneous quality reports and calls-to-action. Thus it brings transparency and standardization to quality assessment of fruits and vegetables.

TARGET CUSTOMERS
Anyone who is related with the operation of food supply chain is our customer e.g. growers, food retail, virtual supermarkets, food service distributor, and exporters.
SCALABILITY
The scalability of our product depends on the commodities of food items we cover. As of now, we cover 50 Indian and global commodities. Within 2 years, we aim to increase our commodities by 100%.
LIMITATIONS
We don’t have any limiting factors for large scale commercialisation. We are already doing POCs with many large-scale enterprises globally.
TECHNOLOGY COST
It will be cost effective whether our client is a FPO or a trader or a large retailer. More specific information can be shared later.
